OUR MISSION:
Voters for Good Leadership is a non-partisan Political Action Committee (PAC) that works to identify, promote and support public officials, regardless of political affiliation, who are capable, honest, understand the workings of local and state government, and are attentive to the range of concerns and needs of their constituents.

OUR HISTORY
Our organization formed in late 2021 to call out what we saw as terrible public leadership by Josephine County’s three commissioners.
The events of 2020 and 2021 – Covid-19, wildfires, illegal marijuana, and a continuing fiscal crisis – spotlighted in a shocking way just how far our community was from the kind of leadership Josephine County residents need and deserve.
An opportunity in 2022:
When commissioner Darrin Fowler announced he was not running for reelection in 2022 we saw a chance to make a dramatic change in the political leadership of the county.
OUR GOALS:
IN 2022: Elect a county commissioner who personifies the qualities we want in a public leader: Brian DeLaGrange.
IN 2023 and BEYOND: Build on success in the 2022 election to build capacity and public support for improving leadership in our city councils, school boards, and other elective offices.
